In the design and construction of the New Minel complex structure, special emphasis was placed on high-quality foundations, adherence to all applicable seismic regulations and static norms, with the goal of ensuring maximum building safety and flexibility of interior spaces.

The building is founded on 1,000 prefabricated reinforced concrete piles, which are connected by a foundation slab 1 meter thick. This solution guarantees high structural stability and minimal settlement.

For additional safety, the underground garage levels of the building are protected by piles with a diameter of Ø 60 cm, installed along the entire perimeter of the garage.

The waterproofing of the underground levels was executed using top-quality and highly reliable materials available on the domestic market, ensuring long-term protection against moisture.

The facade walls of the New Minel complex are made from high-quality thermal blocks, which provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Internal partitions within the apartments are formed using 10 cm thick drywall, achieving a modern look and flexibility in interior design.

Walls between apartments are constructed using 25 cm thick Ytong Fono blocks, known for their exceptional acoustic and thermal properties.

Walls between apartments and common hallways are additionally reinforced – after masonry work with thermal blocks, they are lined on the inside with 5 cm thick rock wool and a drywall finish on a substructure, further improving insulation properties.

Ventilation ducts are built with the highest quality materials available on the market, ensuring the reliability and long service life of the installations.

Due to the modern architectural concept, all roofs within the New Minel complex are flat, with carefully chosen finishes depending on their function – whether they are walkable (terraces, common areas) or non-walkable (technical surfaces).

Thermal insulation is designed in accordance with modern energy efficiency requirements, while one of the most advanced systems available on the market was applied for waterproofing, ensuring long-term protection against moisture and weather impacts.

All apartments are equipped with built-in toilet cisterns from renowned manufacturers, ensuring high aesthetics and functionality of the bathrooms.

The water supply network distribution is done to allow for the installation of a remote water consumption reading system, enabling precise control and monitoring of consumption for each residential unit individually.

Heating in the New Minel building is provided by connection to the city district heating system of PUC "Beogradske elektrane", guaranteeing users reliable and stable heating throughout the entire heating season.

The system is implemented as a two-pipe system, and high-performance aluminum and panel radiators are installed in the apartments, enabling even heat distribution in all rooms.

Each residential unit has a heat cost allocator for individual consumption measurement, allowing users complete control over heating costs according to actual consumption.

The entrance doors in the New Minel building are high-quality security doors, made with a core of HOMANIT insulation boards, double-sided clad with MDF veneered in American walnut design, lacquered with a 30% sheen. The doors are equipped with a security lock and a wide-angle peephole, guaranteeing maximum protection and aesthetic harmony with the interior.

Internal room doors are made of 40 mm thick MDF, GS-2 type, white in color, with a modern and elegant finished look, carefully integrated into the apartment design.
