Rent Payment Management
As part of our property management service, we collect the rent from the tenant on a monthly basis on your behalf. The collected funds are forwarded directly to you or held until a time that best suits you, as previously agreed.
We place special emphasis on timely and consistent payment of obligations. Our team maintains regular communication with tenants, reminds them of due payments, and ensures monthly rent collection, protecting your investment and ensuring continuous income. -
Regular Utility Bill Payments
Each month, we check whether all utility bills (electricity, water, municipal services, internet, etc.) have been paid on time by the tenants.
In case of any delays, we promptly remind the tenants and monitor the payment process. According to prior agreement with the owner, we notify you immediately of any irregularities or delays, ensuring you are always fully informed about the financial status related to your property. -
Property Inspections
We conduct regular inspections to ensure your property is being well-maintained and used appropriately.
If the property is rented, we schedule inspections with the tenants every 2 to 3 months to verify that the space is being treated responsibly and in accordance with the lease agreement. During these visits, we assess the overall condition, cleanliness, and identify any required maintenance.
If the property is currently unoccupied, we perform monthly physical inspections—ventilating rooms, collecting mail and bills, and making sure everything is in proper condition. This helps prevent potential technical or security issues and gives you peace of mind knowing your property is under constant care. -
Supervision and Coordination of Maintenance Services
We provide continuous supervision and coordination of maintenance personnel for regular and emergency property upkeep.
In the event of minor issues—such as leaking faucets, water heater malfunctions, internet problems, etc.—we act promptly and hire reliable technicians, always in agreement with you. We oversee the entire intervention process, from issue reporting, through the technician’s visit, to successful problem resolution.

Tenant Search and Management
Tenant management is one of the key components of our service, and we approach each property individually, carefully, and strategically. Our goal is to find reliable and quality tenants who will use your property responsibly and over the long term, ensuring stable income for you.
The tenant selection process includes a thorough background check—covering their residence, profession, reasons for renting, expected duration of stay, and other relevant factors. Based on personal contact and experience, we also conduct a psychological assessment to reduce risks and enhance the safety of your investment.
If a tenant decides to vacate the property, we quickly and efficiently find a new tenant to minimize vacancy periods and keep your property generating income. -
Key Holding for Your Properties
As part of our services, we offer secure key holding for your property, as well as the safekeeping of important documents or other confidential items at our agency premises.
This service ensures that, even in your absence, you maintain full security and control—your keys are accessible only to authorized personnel and stored under high standards of confidentiality and safety.
In addition to keys, we can hold documentation related to the property, spare cards, contracts, and other valuable items you wish to keep in a secure place while away. Mail Collection
If you entrust us with managing your property during your absence, we provide comprehensive operational care—regularly collecting incoming mail, ventilating the premises, visually checking the condition of the property, and handling all administrative and technical tasks.
Each month, our team visits the property, collects and records mail, bills, and notifications, and—if needed—forwards them to you electronically or settles the obligations with your prior consent.
